Pros
Dealer Specialties is a good place to work. The corporate staff cares for all of us and bends over backward to make certain that employees are treated well. The company offers a good work/life balance and has recently weeded out many of the naysayers that would rather complain than do their jobs.
Cons
There are still too many employees both in the field and in the Monroe office that would rather complain from behind a keyboard.
