Pros
Coworkers are nice and direct supervisors are cool enough (but they should be at any company).
Cons
HUGE disconnect between corporate/executive level and the ground floor. If you are coming into this job with ANY relevant previous experience (sales, recruiting, college degree) - this job is not for you. They will hire anybody for any position as long as they agree to work there. Managers are cool but they are only qualified to bag my groceries, let alone lead a team and run an office. Shady business practices left and right, compensation and commission are low-end, and they just settled a class action lawsuit (being forced to pay their employees what was always due), AND multiple OSHA violations in my particular office. PTO has to be the worst model I have ever seen in any company. IMPORTANT Holidays are not observed. Worth mentioning as well that my particular position was about 3 positions combined, and we were chastised at any moment if we weren't doing one of those three "up to their standards."

Pros
I have nothing to put here.
Cons
First, the recruiter that hired me is a liar. I overheard her talking about me to who I was told the manager was. Then they talked about all the shots they were going to take after work. Then the recruiter came back in the room and used a high pitch voice acting like she was the boss. I learned the other managers at this place are just as messed up. The people that interview you aren’t qualified enough to answer phones yet alone hire employees. They tell you the culture is so good and it’s work hard play hard but everyone is always miserable because the place is so bad. Constant lawsuits they try to threaten their way out of. Trying to find a way to report them for their business practices because executives should be in jail for the things they pull. Everyone’s always drunk. I stopped to pick up food across the street one night and half of an entire department was taking tequila shots and talking about how has slept with who in other departments. You don’t get paid fairly, it’s dirt cheap. PTO is a joke and nobody ever lets you take those days off. Holidays are a joke. WFH is a joke. You can wfh but you have to use a PTO day to do it. What’s the point in that? Rehire all the recruiters for internal employees. They’re trash and liars. Couldn’t make it three months in that hole.

Pros
-They mainly hire young people in their early to mid twenties and it’s easy to make new friends. -It’s a good company to make money as a nurse. But this is largely dependent on where you live. And most recruiters will not be transparent about where the actual opportunities are. Opportunities are not “everywhere”. DNA might reach out to facilities everywhere but that doesn’t mean anything if they don’t want to work with DNA. There are certainly hot spot areas though. If you have a recent TB test and a health statement it could certainly be worth your while to get onboarded.
Cons
-Basically everything sucks, the other reviews pretty much cover it. -The most recent 5 star review is the biggest cap of all time. -Look elsewhere, don’t even go to the interview.

Pros
All of your co workers are relatable and enjoyable to be around
Cons
A crap show is an understatement… out of touch from the top down. Micro management with no real pay or benefits. This is a last resort never a first option so if you’re desperate, go for it. On the other hand if you have any choice in the matter, turn and run the other way.
