Pros
The managers take the time to invest in training and growing their admin staff. Fun culture, bonuses, peer mentoring.
Cons
Lack of benefits offered to admin staff such as sick time, paid maternity/paternity leave, tuition reimbursement.

Pros
Honestly, nothing comes to mind at all...
Cons
Most of the reviews on here ring true to the fact that the company only cares about numbers and not its employees. This was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. There is obvious favoritism going on from both branch managers to upper management. Upper management is very disconnected from what is going on in the rest of the company. (Although it is pretty amusing watching the rat race of them all bad mouthing and back stabbing each other) Expectations are set too high for how low the compensation is. In the interview they promise bonuses, great management and company culture, but expect NONE of that once you start. When thinking about taking the position keep in mind that you are getting paid salary. To meet any of the goals they want you to achieve, you are pretty much forced to work unpaid overtime.

Pros
Company culture isn’t bad, company goals are to become 100% paperless, job is not too difficult, good experience for college grads which will lead to better recruiting jobs, lots of opportunities for entry level office positions, nice offices. Most offices run 8-5 or 9-5 with weekends and holidays off.
Cons
Pay is SIGNIFICANTLY below the market range for the position, offices are located outside of the city they represent to save money. They expect you to have a college degree but don’t even pay you enough for you to afford living expenses and student loan payments. In the interview you hear about bonuses and raises but they set the goals you need in order to get either of those so high you can’t reach them so they never have to pay you more than the crappy salary you have. It’s all about numbers, but they set your goal so high you never can reach it. If you do reach it, it’s because you’re doing work beyond your job duties and working unpaid off the clock OR hiring people who aren’t even good workers. Recruiters have to hire 200+ people before they are able to earn a living wage (still below the market pay) which will easily take close to 2 years or maybe even longer depending on which office you’re in. By the way, their health insurance plan is a fixed indemnity plan...if you need health insurance and you want it through work, you should probably look into fixed indemnity plans before you apply. They are awful. The PTO is garbage too. Vacation and sick are in one group and it takes forever to build it up. Turnover is high for a reason here.
