    Pros

I joined Delhivery as a fresher.
    1. If I talk about technical work then I think this is one of the best company to start the career. Able to choose new technology according to your preference if it is suitable.
    2. You can discuss new things with nice talented co-workers.

I have been working at Delhivery full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is basically like your own shop where you have to run the show profitably and effectively, it's like every individual can start his project that relates to logistics and if the management finds it is worth for sure they will help you in initial setups and funds to run the show. It's a nice challenging place to work in.

    Cons

A lot of new plans coming in every single day, Every day is a surprise in the office with the change of plans. Now delhivery is a really big company with a lot of people if you are not guided properly you are lost. Especially if you are a business developer

    Advice to Management

We cannot change ops as we change our plans day by day (I meant in the ground level where our actual work is getting done has less education and basically what more can we expect from FE's ). should we start thinking like lets strengthen the base (Ground level ops) first then set targets like 2X or 3X types.
