Flexible work hours. Decent support in terms of technical help.
Cons
The company's work culture at least in Hyderabad is in a bad shape. Promotions, appraisals are dependent on your "relationship" with manager. Not just that your future is enlaced with their opinion of you. You may be hard working, efficient however if you have not done the mandatory "bootlicking" you may not survive. Technology wise, most of it is outdated. They keep changing their org structure repeatedly but their technology is just super outdated.
