      Pros

Dell has some great people practices. Since it has more than 100,000+ employees worldwide it has put some very strong policies and guidelines that ensure consistent employee experiences and an objective way for rewarding and growing talent.

      Cons

Given that it is a significantly large company sometimes its processes can slow down the pace of innovation and change. This can sometimes make Dell less competitive to smaller, more nimble competitors.

      Pros

Dell is a process based company which makes easy for any employee to succeed as every action is backed by a process. It provides independence at work and extends full support to its women employees.

      Cons

Being a very large company, you end up losing your own identity even if you are a performer.

      Great, inclusive work environment

      Pros

Although I worked from home, I occasionally had to go to the office and I could feel it was a great environment to work in, very inclusive, where employees were made to feel welcome.

      Cons

I felt that, since it is such a large company, organizations (divisions, departments) were constantly in flow and changing, so it was sometimes difficult to keep track of who was doing what and to whom one should report.
