Hello, I am having 11 years of experience and drawing CTC around 18lpa. I have an offer from Tech Mahindra for 25lpa for Senior BI Engineer role. Should I move or wait for better opportunity at Dell ?Tech Mahindra

I was told by my manager that -> I'd be promoted in August => checked back in September and I was told everything's set on their end and they are waiting => checked back in October and I was told there's a hiring freeze ( not sure how that ties in with a promotion?) Am I being played or do I start looking for jumping ships or is this an expected scenario in today's situation? Dell
