I have been working at Dell & Dean part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The law firm is large with multiple departments which allows someone like me to decide what area of injury law I would want to pursue after law school.

    Cons

Its a fast paced firm, and you need to be able to take constructive criticism and learn without feeling like you've made mistakes. Joe says the only way to learn is to make a mistake, fix it, and remember the correct way to do it.

    Advice to Management

Stay true to the firm's mantra.

I have been working at Dell & Dean full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I learn something new everyday, and I love the clients.

    Cons

Very busy practice that requires experienced people to work here. Its a hard place to start out if you do not have experience in this field.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps we could create a teaching process so we could hire people with less experience and let them grow along with the firm.
