Pros

Colleagues are lovely. Clients are challenging but connections can be made to make your day so much fun.

Cons

Supervisors are antisocial, awful people who do not care about their team. Only want to boost their own ego rather than make positive change to support children in the area. Struggle to leave on time due to high workloads and minimal compensation pay wise.
