Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Department of Health UK
Pros
Flexible working, job share, part time etc means there is great work life balance -depending on your management. It can be a fulfilling place to be, where you can see how your work can make a difference to real people's lives.
Cons
Dwindling sense of organisational purpose and direction. Really varied management practices and too much trendy speak from the senior management and discussion about strategy leading to little or no action. 30% of staff have to go by 2020 being sold as an exciting opportunity!!!!
