Pros

The leadership cannot lead with any authority. There are constant power struggles going one with a few organizations walking over others. Commercial and Clinical seem to hold all the cards and can be as dysfunctional and wasteful as they want. The constantly blame other organizations when they fail. The other "leaders" who have no real power, simply roll over and let people be mistreated by the organizations holding all the power. Many of the people I have interacted with are checked out at their desks. They say "People don't leave companies, they leave leaders" and I can tell you that it is true. You can skip this one...there are better places to hang a hat. I was happy to go.

Cons

Lack of clear accountability Failure to lead by example Toxic/Abusive culture No clear roadmap to success
