- Great Benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, exercising refunds, cell phone refunds, etc.) - Many different departments - ability to learn different sectors (fundraising, business development, tourism, convention sales, etc.)

Cons

- Leadership chooses favorites and treats them differently than the staff - Leadership holds grudges - Only upward mobility for those that are favorites
