I have been working at Dharma Life full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It has been an amazing experience working here so far, the company's mission of creating a network of rural entrepreneurs ,making them empowered & working through them around social causes & development of their villages & blocks is a great concept. Secondly, the company culture is very inclusive , positive & encouraging, providing a platform for exploring and taking intiatives and honing skills specially for young employees, which ultimately leads to motivated & enthusiastic employees working for a common Noble cause.

    Cons

Can be a little more organised.

    Cons

There are some serious issues - Not paying salaries & reimbursements on time Micromanagement by CEO that in turns leads to mismanagement of funds Employees are overburdened due to mismanagement of the senior management
