I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Diamond is very owner oriented and offers a valuable product for sales professionals to be proud to present.

    Cons

Performance based job that some employees are not familiar or comfortable with. However, if you put in the work, the pay and opportunity is worth it.

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Discounts for the employees while employed. But if you know what's going on inside, you wouldn't even bother.

    Cons

They completely overworked you and demand you do overtime for no pay. It's illegal, but they do it anyways because they can make up a lot of reasons to get away with it. Senior staff members have this idea that they can talk to the newer staff with no respect whatsoever. They think they're the boss of you since they already know all the ins and out and you know nothing.

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time

    Pros

There are possible opportunities for growth if you know the right people.

    Cons

Working for a manager with a potty mouth and a bad temper fills your day with negativity. Your job is always being criticized but is never taught hoe to do things right. You are automatically expected to know how to do things even without proper and enough training. If the managers is not satisfied with your work, you'll get a barrage of insults that are very degrading.

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The properties look nice in pictures and are clean

    Cons

Only people who can push sales everyday should join. They want you to adopt aggressive sales tactics and achieve the targets at any cost. Even if you achieve the crazy targets, the commissions are too low. You'd end up thinking why you wasted your time.

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time

    Pros

There's opportunity for growth if you can endure the situation everyday. It's a long hard road to climb.

    Cons

We usually have logn days and mising out on a day off due to understaffing. One reason could be due to the micromanagement and supervisors who are very foul mouthed. There are also many cases of contradictory directives and unreasonable expectations than staff get reprimanded for that.

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Coworkers were friendly. Complementary lunch and uniforms.

    Cons

If I could give zero stars, I would. Toxic work environment, no organization or communication, management had favorite employees who weren’t even qualified for the job.

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The properties look good and attract people

    Cons

The management doesn't trust the staff members. Everything you do here would be monitored one way or the other. I felt so micromanaged that I didn't feel like working here for long. I quit as soon as I got another job offer. They were not shocked, so I guess they won't miss a hardworking employee like me.
