Pros
Dickey’s is a fast paced results oriented company. While they expect results, they also provide you with the tools, teams and autonym to do so. Strong entrepreneurial spirit & culture exists across the functional teams. Ability to have lasting impact and to craft your own success! From the application to the interview to hire process it was all very quick and the communication along the way never left me wondering where I stood in the process.
Cons
Consistency challenged with new obstacles therefore it is imperative you remain nimble and optimistic.

They are a very fun filled environment , and you never go without anything at work

Some of the downsides at working at the dickeys I was located at was very challenging because it was brand new so the environment was very unstable
