Good work life balance. Less work pressure. You will get chance to work on the different technologies depends on the team. Good company if you want to plan your retirement.

Less pay hike Lots of politics. Your hard work is not going to recognized unless you will play dirty politics. Upper management has no idea what work you have done

Pros

- Few projects are really very good and using advanced tech. (I am not working on that) - Work pressure is mostly average. It may shoot up during releases or sprint ends though. - Some people do get on site opportunities.

Cons

- Few very long time working politically connected managers who lack experience from more sources which seems to be absolutely necessary for them. - Number games are happening and true potential of talent gets wasted. - There are few good people. My last lead and manager finally quit due to poor upper management. We have a person working as director who asks for estimate number without even going through requirement thoroughly and discussing with team. - Good pay scale overall. Better than many though not best. - Some projects seriously lack work life balance. There are managers who ask you to work on some Saturday instead of requesting..!!! - Work culture is definitely not good in most teams.

Horrible upper management, Unequal pay to freshers depending upon college, Poor work life balance, horrible if you get automation testing, Very limited growth, Domain specific knowledge only, Third class attitude of HR, Hardware work also apart from software in the ATM lab

Salary is decent, Free Coffee, Free internet with limited restrictions, Can't think of anything else.

1. Upper management is useless. 2. No proper resource management. One resource works on a project for a week or so, next, Shifted to other project by the time one can get knowledge about that project.. Viola... Transfer to another project. 3. Most of the employees don't have any task. 4. Communication gap between teams causing delay in every release. Then starts the blame game for the next month or so with no conclusion. 5. Resources do not get the work according to their skill sets. 6. Freshers are given preference over experienced in the name of "Fresh minds provide new innovative ideas" (Believe me- only innovation here is buying or merging with other organization and renaming their product). 7. Quality of products is still at lowest as compared to other competitive organizations. 8. Freshers are hire in very large numbers, they have no work to do so all they do is sit around and chat. 9. No professional environment.
