Pros
The biggest positive point I feel here is that you can have to opportunity to learn everything. Here it is not like you only are limited to a perticular assigned job role, if it is required you can work on different jobe roles. That will for sure help my growth in so many prospects. I'll be a damn amazing person who can tackle every situation and handle anything (in Digital Marketing). Apart from that, you have support of your seniors and teammates, I haven't seen any kind of politics here, my work experience is nice here too.
Cons
Well, for some it is a con too, have to work on more than one job roles. Some people like to stay limited and give their best on just one thing, if that is you, it is a biggest con for you.
