Hiring process is fast, as most of the clients are direct clients . Management team is very approachable & friendly . Immigration process is very fast & transparent as compared to other organizations. Providing one of the best insurance policy compared any other consulting firm.

I have been working with Digipulse around 12 years Since 2009, and it's a great place to work, and they are very professional. Through Digipulse, I worked on various IT-projects, and it truly values their employees and adheres to their mission statement as what has been committed. It empowers employees with the authority to achieve great results and provides support with the resources when needed to attain results. The company has a dedicated team of professionals under various segments and they continuously examine their administrative effectiveness and always seek improvements for better procedures. Also, Digipulse always builds a strong relationship with customers and clients, and they are professionally transparent. It delegates with clearly defined responsibility and authority for any kind of business communication when needed. If you are someone looking forward to start your IT career, I would strongly recommend Digipulse to consider.

Pros
Received an email from Digipulse for an opportunity with one of their direct insurance client. They arranged interview the very next day, post client confirmation within a week HR, senior management and Legal team completed the H1B transfer paper work and filed the case with USCIS. They have built a very good rapport with direct clients which in-turn enabled them to establish multi year long term relationship with them. Legal team is excellent for immigration and visa related work. Nice working culture, bi-weekly pay, supportive leadership and good marketing team

Pros
I have been with Digipulse for close 2+ years and would strongly recommend anyone looking to join the company for Contract/Full time role. Pros: 1, End Clients has good reputation with Digi(company) and most of the time, projects are long term relationship. 2. Management is very open, communicative and you can reach him anytime if there is an issues. 5* to him. 3. Due to family reason, I had to change location and employer was always very helpful and listens to my queries. 4. Salary is always on-time. 5. GC process can be done and i see most of employees are doing it fine. You are responsible for your own success, no hand-holding, but that's not really a con in my opinion.
Cons
Nothing big to complain. One suggestion, Marketing team is not so pro-active at times and could have done much better job.
