You have responsibilities which make you more aware of the deadline and how to manage team. Skills are improved must faster since you directly can impact a project. Work culture is good. CEO listens to your reviews on how to make the company and work environment much more lenient. It's like a family. Every month an outing is a must.

Pros
I joined this organization in October and so far it has been a great place. Everyday has been a chapter of learning and taking leaves is simply hassle free. The management is also very understanding of their employees and regular outings are also made to ensure employees are cared for. In COVID Times, WFH and Flexible work hours is also a great option to have.
