I worked at Digital Domain full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Some Artists and Departments foster a real team environment and friendships -Friday Snacks -Sometimes has amazing projects

    Cons

HR and Artist Managers seem unwilling to do some of the less glorious parts of their job which ultimately negatively effects the artists and company culture. This fosters a very 'every man for himself' type attitude and distrust.

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises. Take care of your staff

    Advice to Management

Promote people by looking at performance and talent rather than politics. There are some people that are managers who don’t know how to be managers and should not be managers. Conduct an anonymous survey of all individuals of the company to see how they feel the company can improve. There may be some good tips.
