Pros
Friendly environment. Understandable managers and execs. Company is fairly flexible and fellow employees are great for the most part.
Cons
Compensation is fair, not great. Office culture is quite boring so it can be hard to remain motivated. For a company being in the heart of silicon valley it is run "old school" and lacks a lot of energy.
