    The resort as a whole clearly really cares about their employees

    Cons

    Carthay was a wreck when it first opened. The managers were stressed and overwhelmed and it caused them to treat the staff poorly.

    free tickets, discounts, family gets in for free, and many peak season hours.

    scheduling is an issue during peak season

    Great co-workers, awesome leads.
    Meeting all kinds of people.

    Cons

    Getting verbally abused almost daily by in-house guests and outside guests.

    Performance job dancing at Disneyland so it was very fun. Lots of networking. Good benefits package.
