The expected program administrator income range was recently lowered, but not nearly enough. Nobody in sales is making anywhere near this bottom number. The sales department flips over frequently, if you stay for 3 months you'll be one of, if not the, most tenured salesperson in the office. This is because everyone quits. There is not money to be made here. Half the leads only speak Spanish, and with us not being a school, there's no Fafsa. There also is no sales manager, which means no real sales training, no support for new reps, and no resource for the PAs to go to be heard. This is not for-profit education. If you've ever done admissions before, this job will be significantly different (worse) than any job you've ever had in this industry. Certain employees are able to work from home for completely arbitrary reasons, and nobody else gets this same treatment. Those employees working from home are also at the bottom when it comes to activity and real production (down payments collected). We have terrible reviews because one of our reps that works from home is allowed to lie to students with no repercussions. This behavior is actually encouraged because the ultimate goal of our company is to just get the students into collections for their loan. We don't actually care if they go onto on of our partner schools.
