Pros
Nice facilities, (sometimes) nice people, and free parking, but these don't make it worth staying here.
Cons
Where do I begin: there is essentially no HR, no one is on your side, there is no money, there is no work, there is no opportunity for growth, there is no transparency, there is no appreciation, there is no employee retention, there is no fairness, there is no management, there is no communication, there is no organization, and there is no hope for this company so long as the people who are currently running it are there. They show favouritism, bias, and unequal work tasks to certain people. If you have any complaint to management, it’s not heard. It’s your fault you feel that way. I asked my manager for more work, they agreed, and once I took initiative they got upset with me, held a grudge against me and ignored me completely even until my last day. They’d not said one word to me; they didn’t show any appreciation for my work, didn’t thank me, didn’t say goodbye, didn’t ask about my new company, nothing. It was as if I didn’t even exist anymore. A terrible way to end off, but I was much more happy and better off. Don’t EVER work here, I promise you it’s not worth it.
