Pros

New Ownership took over about 6 months ago. There have been several changes that have improved both customer and employee experiences. Lots more care about details and lots more listening and improvement. It seems this new owner has made investments and they are paying off. Aside from the paycheck, customers really love the service we provide, and that definitely makes coming into work enjoyable! New owner has also been expanding, but at an even pace so that we haven't had any issues with maintaining our delivery schedules and quality levels (knock on wood!).

Cons

We are busy, and now even Fridays (which used to be slowest day of the week) are fairly busy now. The new owner tries to keep everything balanced, but it must be a challenge.

Pros

Even if you have not updated your resume, come here. This is one of the best places in order to update your resume no matter where you go. I have found that the services offered are reasonable, accurate, and very personable. Being in customer service, we have one goal: YOU. Because if you are not satisfied, we're not doing our job. Whether you are a student, seasoned professional, or just getting into the job force, we want to be there for you and help craft your resume to its highest standards.

Cons

The only cons that I can only think of is just one thing - not being able to help everyone in their situation. I know that this is hard to read, but if a person doesn't get a job using our services, we feel a bit disappointed and dejected. I know that one person had updated their resume, and applied for a job which they didn't get - unfortunate, but that is true for a lot of people. Unfortunately, I take things personally and if a resume does not work for someone perhaps we can do better.

I have been working with Do My Resume as a Certified Professional Resume Writer for the last one year. We are located at Phoenix, Arizona. To be honest, I have never worked in such a great atmosphere before. For starters, they only hire talented resume and content writers. Discussing on how to approach various customer projects becomes an easy because everyone has expertise and puts in some relevant points to the successful completions of the job. We treat each other with respect and love; it sometimes feels like we are there for fun instead of working. To top it all, the pay is really great. Our customers are always satisfied with the work we do for them. They are always happy to come back with their friends and relatives. It’s an awesome feeling when I see a client we did resume or cover letter for coming back with a friend. Working for Do My Resume has been a satisfying experience for me.

Working for Do My Resume has made me feel whole again. I love that they take pride in only hiring only the best and most talented writers. I've worked in several other places, and when just anyone is hired- employee turnover is very high. I like working with like-minded people that are truly the best of the best. I love genuinely helping people to show their best selves through their resume and cover letter. I love the pay is great. The entire staff from the bottom up to management is treated well. We get to work with awesome customers. As I’ve already hinted on, it is a great atmosphere. People go out of their way to make the new feel welcome, and part of a team- part of a family. As a person in marketing, I get to present our best company. But I love that I get to be truthful when I say that they only hire quality professional resume writers that are incredible at working with clients and content writing. I see myself continuing to grow, and I can’t wait for the future here!

I have been working for this company for many years and I must say this is the best company I have ever worked for.Their salary is appealing and they even give great bonus perks.Everything in this company is of high quality, their services are so impressing and the people retained in this company are professional.This company is even rated as the best due to great management. The working environment is so condusive and as an employee I just enjoy working in this company.

The salary is excellent and makes me feel like working for this company is worth it . The Management is fun and understanding but doesn't lose there professionalism . I have amazing benefits and this job has really helped me excell and grow . I love how this company is so focused on genuinely taking care of there customers and setting them up for there best chance at getting that job. I really get a chance to do something good and help people .

I'm a Certified Professional Resume Writer at Do My Resume.NET! I have been writing for this company for almost 2 years and I can honestly say, I never want to leave. When I was hired, I thought this would be a typical company that doesn't care for their employees; I was wrong. They actually help customers gets jobs by allowing us writers to spend quality time enhancing and writing quality resumes for customers. Never going to leave :)

This is really truly a blessing to be a part of this company because they offer great incentives, far pay, and really good benefits in terms of flexibility. I've worked at a few other companies but I was a dime a dozen. They have really positive management and even better support. I'd always recommend this company to anyone who ask.

Pros

Streamlined Processes and smooth transition from training to "on the job" complexities. Their internal tools and knowledge-base are designed to address every anticipated issue that a Resume Writer might face. The team I work with is amazing and is always there to help.

Lots of resumes to write and sometimes it can get very busy. The company should organize more "fun at work" activities. The R&R program needs a wide variety of rewards and recognition.

I love working here the employees and customers are so friendly, and treats everyone really well. This company hires the best talented workers and pay is really good. They only hire professional resume writers and content writer's to help with resumes and they workers who really know how to work and communicate with their clients. The atmosphere is great, and the job is really fun.
