Pathetic environment, current employees are finding other jobs, every time they have vacancy and someone comes and leaves so there will be vacancy every time. Poor culture, zero work life balance. The company shut down due to govt. policy in 2016 and again restarted but now they are just a trader not a manufacturer, (there is a WhatsApp group of around 80 employees when they didn't get paid they and have taken legal steps against their employer.) No work structure aligned, personally i have wasted my 3 months and would request to all if you wanna waste your time and don't even get paid then and only then you join this firm. Hope it helps!
