- Management does not care for well being of staff
- no bonus or any type of incentive structure in place
- no growth within company
- with no growth potential or incentives, and long hours + toxic work culture, i wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a long term option
- Management doesn't take feedback
- Not a normalized structured job, many last minute tasks and deadlines given ( "dynamic work")
- Micromanaging
- employees live at their workplace, no escaping work
- Most employees are immigrants, so they work quietly, but any US based employee would identify the terrible structure in place from the start
