Pros
-Full of great people willing to help teach you and learn from you -Beautiful campus with plenty of fun activities and events -Cafe and a commissary with free breakfast and lunch
Cons
-Can be a bit intense at time. Some people lose their patience around tight deadlines. -Veteran employees play favorites and some are extremely rude and pompous. -Toxic cliques have formed inside certain departments to the point where I've seen bullying and shady closed door meetings. -Pay/benefits are OK. You are forced to join the union 839 and the benefits, pension, and vacation are worse than what NBCU employees get who aren't unionized...so there's that

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at DreamWorks Animation full-time
Pros
Beautiful Campus, Talented Artists mostly. Complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Cons
Like so many other companies and studios now days it is FAT with useless, incompetent middle and upper management and artistic Leadership who have little if any knowledge of the actual day to day workings or the endless financial waist on unnecessary bells and whistles that bleed that company coffers and bloat film costs at the expense of the actual workers and story quality.
