Tech culture is very bad. 2. engineering manager is very biased and he has his henchman which he promotes the only 3. management overlooks engineering manager's actions. 4. the team is not stable. many people joins and leave the company. company has already lost many good talents because of biased of engineering manager p.s - there is no CTO. engineering manager has all the command 5. Q.A team is very bad and all good QA's already left the company. there is continuous hiring and resignation in the QA team in last year
