Hi All, I recently gave my interview at cognizant and i heard from my manager that I have been selected they are deciding whether to give me associate position or senior associate position since I hold 3.9 years of exp as of now I desperately want to work onsite be it any country. I wanted to know What are the product based companies where the previous tech stack doesn’t matter much and only dsa / system design is asked ? Only have few projects and few clients. Not good if you want financial growth. You have to work with multiple technologies. You do not have any particular team or field to work with they will change your technology according to their need.
