Choosing to work at Ducima was one of the best decisions of my life. Not only was this a pivotal point in growing my career, I made really great friends and interacted with the most brilliant minds I've ever known. Everyone is down to earth and hard working. The competitive landscape continuously drives our 'winning' culture. Coming to work never felt like work. I felt challenged, engaged, and every day I was learning something new.Managers who care about your personal and professional growth -Coolest culture ever. -Professional training courses At Ducima, I have been able to grow professionally multi-folds in last two and half years as the company grew. Company gives lot of scope of growth as per every individual’s potential and passion to work. There are tremendous opportunities as per a person’s talent. During appraisals your work is acknowledged well and salary hike is given without a mention, the hard work and results is directly evaluated by the senior management as they closely work with each of us on day to day basis.

Working at a startup can be difficult because salary is often initially commission based. That's all right though because the pros outweigh any cons Fantastic and receptive management team. Initial salary offers depending on your experience can be below the market average, but talented workers are rewarded fairly with raises and a clear path for promotion within the organization.

Ducima as a company offered me too many things to learn. Being a startup, there is more potential to learn and grow for both the parties. The main advantage is that they trained me on all the aspects of Digital Marketing . Love the work load being a fresher and learning new things regularly.

No company policies Boss's wife is like Sasikala controlling everything from background and doing silly activities. 12 leaves per year and no proper leaves during festive periods Saturday working Everyday hiring/firing Scheduled lunch brak, morning break and evening break should not even stand from your sear, no talking, etc No wfh, benefits etc

There are so many. First the atmosphere is very bad Poor management. Very stressful work place. They change the team very often No proper path for employees You work on holiday..weekend and no compensation No water in toilet most of the times. Toilet is inside the pantry Stupid rules and process Worst company to work
