Good company for a fresher to start career Really flexible for those who know what the company offers them and uses their privileges effectively. Will get chance to work on different new technologies Good projects, fair professional attitude to wok, good hikes, flexible timings Good opportunities, friendly people, Employee friendly company Promotes or/and supports to achieve personal projects and priorities Challenging work Job security is there as compared to other IT. Doesn’t do frequent layoffs. The team structure is good and all the people are willing to cooperate Transparent policies, good average growth, people stay here for more than 4 to 5 years

There is a word of appreciation that all the products launched by the organization are just amazing & very strategically planned & then produced. Thankful to the team for giving an innovative & creative outlook to my mind. A lot of hopes are riding on this company, we have to make it the best one in the Industry.

No company policies Boss's wife is like Sasikala controlling everything from background and doing silly activities. 12 leaves per year and no proper leaves during festive periods Saturday working Everyday hiring/firing Scheduled lunch brak, morning break and evening break should not even stand from your sear, no talking, etc No wfh, benefits etc
