I have been working at Dun & Bradstreet full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Expensive but good insurance and 401kis decent

    Cons

I just wrote a long review and it got erased so let me just say the following: Five years tenure absolutely no room for growth despite being top sales rep in office and one of the best in the country. Grinded for five years it is about who you know not what you can do. People that go on yearly trip are highly favored repeatedly from the executive team they don’t take those of us that actually make them the most...

    Pros

Cool office Great views Some really great people

    Cons

Horrible management Some shady things going down Management underpays and under appreciates Seniority means more than hard work No idea what most managers do Does "scrum" (or a scrumerfall joke) Used to have good snacks, catered lunches, etc. but as the ship sinks we lost more and more things. Now have crap snacks and no lunches So many people here have terrible attitudes and do/say really inappropriate things....

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the young hard workers that are only trying to make D&B better Upper management should leave entirely and let younger leaders take a stab at it

I worked at Dun & Bradstreet full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Culture - has really improved over the years. Employee work life- company does allow employees flexibility to work/work from home Brand - Re-shaped brand with new image, working Strategy - from CEO in US to UK it's fed nicely through the business. Leadership - if you're lucky..it's hit or miss, had both good and bad experiences.

    Cons

Technology - the business side has a lack of understanding technology as they outsource the entire thing. Slow moving - hard to evolve systems due to legacy systems + above statement. Outsource pricing - Completely bonkers the amount the provider estimates costs of small changes within systems. Career moving - Very very hard to move within the company, especially Ops roles in data. Too many managers - not enough...
