Pros
Salaries are among the best in the area - views of the lake are amazing - most of the people (with the exception of senior management) are great to work with - work/life balance is good and supported by most - physical fitness is supported and the gym on premises is great to have.
Cons
The founder and many of those who worked for him in the earlier years have left and those who took their places are a bit lacking in leadership skills. The sense of team is gone and the same people are chosen over and over again to work on special projects or be in on the decision making. If you're not one of the "chosen ones" you might as well accept that the position you're in is where you're going to stay. Very disappointing since this company used to be so great.

Pros
The environment here was very enjoyable and I really felt that the channels of communication were always open. There was a good balance between work and play.
Cons
Sometimes I felt the technology was a bit behind the times. Also, the management didn't give me a lot of feedback.
