-Company culture is terrible. -Sr. Management speaks to their employees with a disparaging and condescending tone. They are arrogant and completely self-serving. -Use an Objective and Key Result (OKR) style of management. Which if used effectively would be a Pro. However, OKR's are always "stretch goals" and if are not met will still be used against you during review periods. Also, OKRs are departmental and it is normal for one departments OKR to be in direct conflict with another departments OKRs thus causing hostile environments. -Voluntary and involuntary company attrition is high. Work is just offloaded onto others and they are expected perform their regular duties as well as the others that left. -Turn-around time of new hires (which is rare) is horrible. -Sr. Management does not believe that their employees are one of their greatest assets. You are expendable.

The high talent level is dragged down by an inability to remove obvious dead weight, which typically moves up the ladder with this company. If you are useless, or are good at sounding intelligent without putting any effort into your ideas you should apply today with this company, you will probably make manager within a few years. Salaries are abysmal, and the rewards are only verbal. If you can pay your bills with "atta-boys" you will be just fine. Unfortunately, most of us need an monetary investment in our personal worth from our employer. The saddest part is that everyone at the company who is not buddy-buddy with senior management knows that it is a terrible company, and has grown to expect things to not change.
