Good company to start your career. Company provides all the opportunities to explore and excel new professional avenues. We have been provided lynda subscription to upgrade our techincal skills Company provide night shift allowances. Good work/Life balance Always had a chance to advance: Environment could be competitive but there are lot of opportunities. Great management: Managers are supportive and always motivated us.

I am working for EPAM (previously AGS) for the past 5 Yrs, approx. I think most of IT companies concentrate on quantity of the work rather than Quality, where as EPAM concentrates on Quality of the deliverables & Client Satisfaction. - There are a lot of opportunities for an individual to grow in the company. - There are a lot tools developed in the Org for employees for example there are some learning tools where you can find the training materials on different topics that are accessible to all the employees to attend and grow his/her skills. There is a good scope for learning and growing. -There are Personal Development Programs for the individuals who want to promote themselves or learn new technologies. - It’s important for any Org to take time to thank or appreciate employees who have given their best to the company and its where EPAM stands out from the rest. There are a lot of ways where employees are recognized in EPAM (Pat On Backs, Quarterly Awards, Badges which helps the employee during appraisals, spot awards, cash rewards, Promotions etc) - Great Work culture and Good Work Life balance - Flexible working hours - Great mentors in the company to give a proper guidance in career progression - Employee friendly policies & programs - Mostly healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can reach out to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed.

The bar is set very high - not necessarily a con, but challenging nonetheless. Its good to take time and implement these changes. The culture has to change w.r.t employees (thinking and willingness to adapt) and that will take some time.

Everything is Good. From top Management to Junior level everyone have equal rights and can express their views. Working environment is Excellent You will be provided with lot of opportunities to improve your career growth They never deny to provide an opportunity if you want to learn or movie to a new Discipline or Domain

Well the Process of switching the discipline is a little slow and sometimes have to wait to get hands on the changed discipline/domain.
