      Pros

      ESCADA is a great place to work because even as an intern the team respects you and expects you to hold the same responsibilities that an employee would. They treat you like you are an employee and are very good at communicating what is going on with the company.

      Not enough job openings, unfortunately.

      Decent pay and good benefits

      Cons

      The company is insolvent and it's not hard to figure out why. Some nice people work there but it's mostly run by incompetent, bitter, self-important managers who don't have a clue how to fix the problems. Paranoid managers are even keeping hard copies of their work at home in case anyone tries to "pin anything on them". Its just a sad, boring and toxic atmosphere.

      Pros

      Corporate: Staff is great. Free tea and coffee. Leave at 3 pm on Fridays. Great entry level - mid level place to work.

      Cons

      Corporate: Management is poor. One person runs each department, which causes everyone to quit from so much stress. Poor pay. The company tells their employees each year that they're out of the red zone but that's only because they cut down the staff more and more every year.
