    I have been working at ESolz for less than a year

    Pros

    No canteen facility. You gotta dig a gigantic hole in your pocket if you want to buy quality foods from outside because Eco Space allows only branded food shops!

    I worked at ESolz full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    if you come to office before time continuously for a month , you get attendence bonus and you can learn a lot

    Cons

    worst work environment , worst management, no salary structure , freshers are treated badly , no fixed time for leaving office.

    I have been working at ESolz full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. Opportunity to work with new ideas and technology 2. appraisal for twice in a year that make an employee feel good, if one cant perform good enough for once not to wait for a whole year. 3. Good working environment (for some selective teams)

    Cons

    1. Lower salary scale than other company 2. Inefficient HR 3. You are officially allowed 24 CLs, but salary will be deducted if you take leaves, and company will return this and encash untaken leaves once in a year , November, april-april basis
