      1. Monetary growth is good 2. Exposure in terms of work variety is immense 3. Great learning opportunity

      Cons

      1. Pay parity is a big concern: Many employees with lower work experience and at lower designation are paid higher than the employees with substantially high work experience and higher designation 2. No work life balance: While the company runs many wellness programs, these programs are only for showcase basis and on-papers only 3. Poor retention: High employee attrition is purely due to unsatisfaction at work. EY has been focusing on increasing hiring to lower down the attrition rate which is already off the charts and is bound to increase in coming years 4, Training & Development is myth: Employees are expected to be self-trained in all aspect with limited time provided for training
