Some of the best reasons why I had chosen this prestigious institution is that how they were hiring fresh, youth teachers to provide a much more updated and evoluted take on the teaching process for the students which I feel is immensely important for the students.They preferred taking in teachers with a much simpler and sleek technique of teaching to teach the students to work smarter in the future. I loved how they encouraged the students to grow into independent and authoritative women in the future with no matter what career decisions they would take. They very carefully imbibed the discipline and practicality along with academic knowledge.

Cons

Some of the downsides of this institution would be that it would allot classes for the part time teachers to the very end of the work hours, while also extending the work hours. Extra classes where also very abruptly allotted which caused an inconvenience to both the students and the teachers. Lastly I would like to say that the stipend offered was a little less that expected according to my opinion.

Pros

In comparison with other schools of the same grade, I enjoyed being a Maths tutor mainly for two reasons - the salary they paid and the level of education and dynamic syllabus that they teach the students. There was a lot of support and assistance from my fellow staff members and even from the superior teachers. There was no discrimination being a fresher that they even made me contribute in their administrative meetings. The students studying here are diverse and there are strict rules against racism on any grounds.

Cons

It might be due to a lack of experience that I was not able to handle the pressure especially during the times of examination assessment as well as during the external audit but later I was able to manage step by step Even though the school has many stress buster programs, the effectiveness of these is still under discussion especially when it comes to high school students. The encouragement that the teachers give to the students for co-curricular activities was much exciting to me as a fresher. Unfortunately, some of the fields of studies are yet to be introduced in the school, say, Martial arts, Robotics are some of the courses that I found missing.

It’s one of the best schools for girls and a good place to work and grow professionally. Teachers are well trained as the school organizes various workshops so that we not only grow in our professionally but also, grow as an individual. Teachers are not only trained in the school but also sent overseas. It is a great place to start your career as I did. It’s a school with a vision of changing the traditional pattern to completely child-centric which makes us eager to motivate the students in a healthy way. The school offers great work culture which keeps everyone on their toes thus making the situations challenging and exciting which prevents boredom and monotony. Talking about the current scenario where the entire nation is suffering from a pandemic, the school made sure that our students don't face any kind of adversity regarding their studies, growth, and assessment. We as a team of teachers made online classes as interactive as possible. Instead of taking it as adversity, we took it as an opportunity to make our students know about the technology. We conducted online exams as smoothly as possible. I like the administration and function of the school.

Working in the organization for 6 years, I have seen that the school has always taken the issue and the cons in a very positive manner and tackled them as soon as they arrive.

Below I state the primary Pros that I was overwhelmed to experience as an employee at Ecole Globale :- 1] Fast paced work environment 2] Smart classes and technical support enabled all across the campus which helps ease E-learning for students and makes the faculty more tech savvy. 3] Acceptance to culture and self growth opportunities 4] Responsive administration that guides you throughout in your career at Ecole Globale ( I was fortunate to have such heads) 5] Attractive compensation based on your experience

Cons

1] You are treated like an employee and don't feel as an integral part of the organization ( relatable for Ex-employees) 2] Although we were provided timely technical support during school hours , the work pressure was colossal to be managed 3] As I was a teacher living in the school's residential quarters , I was asked to take evening tuitions devoting more time to work which used to disturb my work/life balance . 4] No Integrity : I was in a situation of uncertainity during the covid time and was asked to leave without prior notice .

Pros

Working at Ecole Globale International Girls' School makes you love teaching more than ever. The school administration is always on their feet to ensure the students get quality education, therefore, always supporting the teachers with what they need. Be it facility support to aid learning, moral support and much more. The school also provides you with the opportunity to learn more as there are several programs, excursions for teachers specifically to explore different things. The school also provides opportunities for teachers to give new ideas to improve the school and this really motivates us as we feel we are part of the family, not just a staff.

Few of the downsides working at Ecole Globale International Girls' School is the fact that some students do not really cooperate with the teachers and hence demoralises the teacher. Every teacher is happy when the students cooperate with them, like doing their assignments and other activities in class. The school does not discipline students who are not ready to cooperate nor are we teachers permitted to do so.

Since the time the nationwide lock down was imposed, the school took proper care of the staff. Not only were the staff members kept within a safe and protective environment, COVID-19 protocols were met religiously as well. All essential items like milk and groceries were provided to us at our doorstep. The school is open to innovation and provides ample opportunities for growth and development for its staff members. In order to equip the teachers with the latest technology and pedagogy, Ecole Globale has been training its staff members on preparation of Inter Disciplinary, technology aided lesson plan modules since last two years. Hence, it was a very smooth transition for each staff member to shift the paradigm to online classes. The school also pioneered in introducing online classes in April 2020 when others were still figuring on how to tackle the unprecedented pandemic. The school made optimum use of the lockdown phase by organizing in-house webinars and panel discussions done by the faculties to enhance teamwork, foster collaboration, hone technical skills and provide a platform for exchange of knowledge. Overall, the bonding of a family was always present.

I have worked here for more than 10 years and due to some personal reasons I had to leave this School otherwise I would have never let this opportunity go out of my hands in any manner. This school is not only a second home for the children but also for me as I have always been understood here be it by management or my colleagues. It is and will always be an honor for me to work in such a reputable School where your work life balance is given utmost importance.

The school don't really have any cons to be specifically written. There is always ups or downs in every working environment but the way the management makes you deal with it is of utmost environment and in that case, this school has never disappointed me.

I have a good amount of jobs in my life and I was beginning to feel like the only person who cared about my professional development was me. I felt like, since I figured out what I wanted to do a little later than usual, I sort of just fell into the role offered to me. That's where I started with Ecole Globale international Girls school. The teachers work like a team and have empathy for every person and jump in to help you whenever they can.

Cons

If you want to clock in and clock out and not be really invested in a place, this isn't a good fit for you. No shade to people who prefer that, it's just not how it works here. You need to be ready and willing to work hard with few resources. Expectations are high and if you're not going to give your all, it will become apparent very quickly and you won't do well here. Communication around the the team isn't great. Sometimes you'll hear about something , like a change in ways of teaching or someone taking over a different role way later than you should've.

Pros

The environment is pretty healthy to work in. The kind of support and guidance provided by the superiors is very helpful in doing my job in a better manner. Infrastructure and other facilities are top notch. Regular workshops help teachers learn new ways of teaching students and remain up to date with the newest teaching methods .

Cons

The faculty has to involve itself in too many things from studies to cultural activities with the students which makes this a 24 hour job but also helps in all rounder development and skill enhancement a teacher needs. A lot of work is given as a responsibility on your shoulder despite you being a new member such as handling various public figure visits or special assembly functions. At first it may feel that too much is given too soon but at the end of day it helps you boost confidence.
