      Please dont join Educomp , company is under heavy loss . Unable to pay salaries to the employees from last one year

      No Place for Company's growth as well for the employee . Salaries are not coming in time.from last one year HR - Managers are don't have any knowledge on running a administration Sales team is unless The downfall of educomp in A.P is just because of Sales team & Managers .

      Salary on Time..... Carrer growth is good.

      Cons

      Many Employee in Educomp are not having Bachelor Degree. They are recruitment on Money Basis.... Many Smartclass Coordinator who promoted as a AM Or Backup SCC. Also don't have a Degree... I request Company members to Check all Smartclass Cordinator Certficate....B'coc many are only 12th pass.... Mostly in MPCG.
