1) You would hardly get hikes 2) If you would request to leave the company due to low hikes they will create a scene publicly. 3) They will insult you infront of whole office and it has been a tradition has happened with more than 10-15 employees which tried to leave properly from the company. 4) To save themselves one has to run away 5) Even an employee has filed a suit against the company because of their treatment to their employees...
