I dislike that there the recruitment threshold doesn't exclude 'insert vulgar word here', it introduces toxicity into the company culture, and from my observations, team leaders don't really care, or they see it as something too difficult to resolve, so there is a degree of apathy there. My point is that while the majority of people, and the culture is positive, there have been enough bad experiences in the company that I don't really feel that I fit, or I feel uncomfortable associating with it. In summary, there are too many ego maniacs, extroverted types who would rather talk than think deeply about problems, and narcissists. Salary is rubbish compared within the EU. You're disposable during times of economic turmoil. There is no intimacy, or familiar feeling within the company - it has grown so large overall, and even certain teams seem to focus only on increasing headcount, rather than fostering a good internal culture. That is why I don't really see it as somewhere I want to stay long term.
