I have been lucky enough to work for Employer for the past nine months and I can honestly say that it has been an amazing experience. The team is full of friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking people who are always willing to help each other out and make sure the job is done right. The benefits are great with a competitive salary. The management team is also very supportive, offering regular feedback and encouraging employees to reach their full potential. Overall, Employer is a great place to work and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Cons

I couldn't find any reasons not to work with Ehlen.

Pros

You will learn how to say anything to get people to give you money and you will not have to do the work to make good on any of those promises. But be ready to lie and defend yourself when said promises fall short. If you are a smooth talker, this place is for you.

Cons

Not interested in a healthy work environment and they will turn on you/throw you under the bus when (not if) things go awry with their clients. They will sell you hard in the interview, be careful. Whenever they get bad reviews (which they earn) they just make a new GMB and change addresses. Again, if you choose to work here, watch your back.

Pros

The fellow employees (not including owners whatsoever) I worked with were great and hardworking and genuinely tried their best to make things work.

Cons

Owners and upper sales management do not care about clients or employees. They are great at talking up the company to prospective clients but genuinely have no idea what they're talking about and will abandon the client once they get the first check. They will show off a few "success" cases and bury the long, long list of previous clients that have dropped once they realized they were being deceived. If you work here, you will be pushed and pushed to your limits to keep up with management intentionally outselling production.
