      Supervisors are friendly and willing to share and coach juniors. Bosses give freedom for creativity.

      Although the company is not big, politics between teams are tiring, arguments are not uncommon.

      - Toxic work environment, culture and senior management. - Borderline illegal HR practices, zero ethics and disregard for personal wellbeing. - more like a sweat shop than an actual company. - Senior manager will doesn't provide opportunities for career growth - vague KPI’s that are subjective and comparative to others performance - lack of diversity and inclusion - extremely high turnover - salary is not a benefit it’s mandatory
