Its one of the better places to learn sales
18 Apr 2016 - Business Development Manager in MumbaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The work culture is very good. Supervisors and Managers are very supportive. There are enough growth opportunities as well. The basic pay is also high and the incentive structure provokes you to work harder.
Cons
The offices are not so good. It doesn't have up to the mark working condition

"Moneytrap" for freshers!
9 May 2018 - Assistant Manager in MumbaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Pay is decent. They offer 6.66 Per Annum CTC to freshers. Experienced gets a little higher. 2. First month will be fantastic because Target will be 1 admission. On 5 successful admissions you get a shopping voucher. 3. Locations are prime for all residents of Mumbai.(Nearby to railway stations) 4. Satisfies your urge to start with higher package
Cons
Well this list is crucial. 1. Managers are very rude, arrogant & self centered. They are the one who compromised on their future and chose to stay with a higher pay hence they are the older ones in the company. 2. Targets are hypothetical. They say 300 admissions a month by a team of 20 telecallers. 3. Lady managers are even worse than male managers! At least you can answer to a male but female managers!!! You are not even supposed to look at them when they are shouting. 4. Female managers take advantage of their gender and keeps insulting you in front of the office. Be aware that you can retaliate. There is the real game when they start panicking. 5. They keep posting fake positive reviews of EINS on Glassdoor. So do not ever believe in what is written nicely about this company.

Is sister concern of Jaro Education, deals with prime institute like Welingkar's If willing to earn money then this is the place to work. Can't expect more relaxed marketing job with achievable targets and not much meeting expectations Proper sales training High package in comparison any other organisation in same industry Respected sales as being into b2c you deal only with working professional. Expanding into various verticals Various motivational competition.
Cons
Hr still developing on a positive note but being into development stage. Low retention currently

Hardly any Pros. 1) Money can be a pros 2) learn about office fights of cats and dogs
Cons
Too many, I will list down few : 1) Sales people are treated like a dog 2) Hypothetical sales target 3) Management focus only on revenue and not on employee retrenchment. 4) attrition rate is zero : Intellectual people realise fast and leaves the company within a month
