Micro management Lowest pay in Industry No Structure If we take annual appraisal, you are not allowed to resign for next 12 months. ( Which was not explained at the time of joining ) Strict Office timing ( 9-6.30), if we come 1 sec late, half day pay will be deducted. No Compensation for working on holidays.
