Work life balance care for employees and good hike You get noticed if your delivery is good You get recognised if you also participate in innovation, cultural activities and automation of projects good leaves and employee friendly policies mostly. Note: Have seen few bad feedbacks. They more felt like written out of frustration after leaving the company. People who are working in Lilly, they already like the workplace and people.
Cons
Once provided relocation, you will have to spend 2-years in the company. Most of the companies have one year policy. Sometimes you need to be self driven to learn new things, there are lots of opportunities to explore but you need to be proactive. Have seen people doing timepass and then blame company that I am not getting the opportunity. Company provide lots of new innovation, automation challenges on ML and AI, employee should be willing to explore.

Person oriented, if you got a jealous or bad boss. there is no system to save you. HR says always boss is correct. L+1, L+2 no one will be worried about your career growth. India is career growth is zero.
