superior doesn't respect people. Opinions or suggestions are not welcomed. Alot of last minute jobs. Always force people to stay back to complete unnecessary tasks or call them out of office hours to come back to office. Poor time management. Work life is totally unbalance If you can handle extremely stresses, feel free to join this amazing culture.

The Company is hilarious, why? 1. Full with veteran and reluctant to change 2. Too many big boss' relatives and family members working there, and contributing nothing to the Company 3. People who can work and contributes to the Company not been appreciated, but yet those who good in talking but do nothing gets promoted and been appreciated 4. The higher management living in their "lala" land.... where reluctant to listen to the truth, those who tell the truth would be punish but those who lie with the eyes open get rewarded. 5. Company's operation model is still in the Dinosaur Era
