1. Ownership- you will be given ownership of tasks to work independently 2. Good place to learn initially, but only when the micro management of the seniors won't happen 3. I Can't recall any other pros

1. Even though you will be given the ownership of tasks, senior management micromanages everything, which will, in turn, become impossible to work on your own and just follow orders 2. Group Politics 3. They keep on hiring new employees by showing big things which are often non-existent rather than focusing on their current employees and their well-being 4. Many of these positive ratings are done by current employees forcefully just to hide the true face of the company from the senior management
